2. Registration\/organization costs <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

Registrations must be made using the registration form on the site. After registration you will receive an original invoice from TVGSPORTS for the tournament in question. You must pay this invoice within fourteen days.

Once you have completed the payment, your team(s) will be credited to this tournament and you will be assured of participation. If your registration is not fulfilled, your registration will be removed from the administration and your registration will expire. Please note that registration\/organization costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen registering for both the tournament and\/or accommodation, you must meet the payment obligations. Please note that all prices regarding accommodations (hotels, youth hostels, etc.) do not include cancellation\/travel insurance, which you must take care of yourself.

House rules apply to the stay you book through us. You must adhere to this at all times, the accommodation will be sent to you from us. TVGSPORTS accepts no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, theft or damage to property and\/or persons. 9. Exclusion from participation <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

Vandalism or violent acts will be reported to the police. TVGSPORTS will report violence against persons or property that results in any injury or damage to the police and (have) recoverable from the person who caused the violence. If the perpetrator of this is a player or supervisor of a participating team, this team will, if necessary, be excluded from further participation in the tournament.

If the perpetrator is a supporter\/parent of a participating team, this person will be denied further access to the relevant sports park where the incident occurred and will be removed, possibly with the help of the police.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is prohibited for participants\/spectators to bring their own alcoholic drinks to the sports park, and to consume their own food\/drinks on the (covered) terraces of the sports park. No alcohol under the age of 18.
